  I eat a lot of cake, so it's rare to be blown away by consistency or flavour...this place hit both. We booked an appointment, offered our preferred flavours, and were given one of each cupcake to try - the presentation, texture, and flavour were absolutely perfect, we could've eaten them all day, and plan to at our wedding. Stephen owned the business and was there to talk to us on Saturday; knew exactly what he was talking about, and laid out the costs with no hidden extras. Can't wait until we can eat these en mass.

  How Sweet It Is made our wedding cake for us, and I couldn't be happier with their cake or their service. The cake looked phenomenal and we had so many compliments on it! It tasted pretty amazing too. Stephen is a cake God and absolutely rocked the style we chose, particularly the fondant skull on top - the detailing and shading on it was absolutely incredible!! I cannot recommend them enough.

  I have been ordering cakes from Stephen for years and they have always been fantastic. Stephen's creative skills are amazing, he has come up with many designs for birthday cakes that are always very impressive. The yummiest cakes by far!
